Personal and intense, yet not draining. 

We all go through phases of motivation where we join a gym, run on a treadmill a few times and do something on a fancy machine but by the end of the month we’re back on the couch because we don’t know what we’re doing anyway. Yes, the diagram on the sticker tells us that our shoulders should be aching from exercise tomorrow, but when we wake up, our necks are in a spasm… What I need is a personal trainer, not just because I want to loose weight and build muscle, but because I don’t really know what I’m doing.

The Boot Camp offered by Warrior Training Centre is exactly that. Run by two biokineticists, Boot Camp offers personalised exercises, customised to your ability for optimum results. It’s more than a bunch of people running on a conveyer belt and lifting a few weights. It’s a family that turns into friends that motivate each other to be better than they were an hour ago. It’s something to look forward to at the end if a long day and although you’ll be stiff tomorrow, you’ll keep on coming back for more!
